豁免
(b)的豁免. (1) 车辆s owned or 操作d by the county; or (2) 车辆s 操作d by another governmental agency; or (3) 车辆s owned by an organizaion or company for the sloe purpose of transporting organization members or company employees; or (4) 车辆s with capaciy to seat more than fourteen (14) passengers.
